Arts College Buldana is run by Shri Sharad Shikshan and Yavak Kalyan Sanatha’s, Chikhli, Dist. Buldana. The College started in August 1995 with the Faculty of arts and the college library also started into function with 478 Books.
On 15th Nov. 1999 Dr. P. D. Gahale was appointed as a Librarian Since then he has been working as the approved Librarian of the college.
Under 10th and 11th plan of U.G.C. Library has purchased quality Reference book, Text Book, Periodicals, Magazines etc. of Rupees 21,05,347/- Today in the Library total 10540 books and 22 (State, National, International Bound Volumes) journals are available Furniture of Rupees 1,18,050/- has been purchased for the use of library the construction Building and reading Room in Completed under U.G.C. for the same grant of Rs. 9,00,000/- is utilized.
Library is executed open Access system which is found useful for readers to search the books & reading material freely and conveniently. The most important thing is that DDC (Dewey Decimal Classification) 22nd edition is purchased classify the book.
To the student on borrower tickets and pass books. The college has planed to provide internet facility to the student by installing a computer in the library it self.
